Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Bundles are broken up by paying an initial non-refundable deposit then the remainder is paid across the time of your sessions. Weddings payments are broken up in a 50% non-refundable retainer then 50% due 2 weeks prior to your event. If you need another type of arrangement, please reach out to our team! What is your typical timeline?
The standard turn around for most photography sessions is 20 business days. During peak season of August to December, delivery of edited images may take a bit longer. Weddings are 8-12 weeks. Sneak peeks are presented within a week of your session upon request and are not guaranteed during peak season. All turnaround times are subject to change as we have busier and slower seasons.
What payment methods are available?
Our invoicing system accepts all major credit/debit cards through Stripe. NOTE: We are no longer accepting Venmo, Paypal, Cash or Checks.
Do you provide props?
Yes! For our in studio sessions we have many props and backgrounds to choose from! If you have an idea in mind, please let us know at the time of booking so we can ensure we have the set up you desire. Props we do not provide are balloons and food items.
What is your cancelation policy?
Payments/Deposits are non-refundable. If the appointment is cancelled for any reason (including, but not limited to: client cancel/no show/reschedule by client or photographer, weather, etc) any payments made transfer to studio credit at full cash value.
